Welcome to Brockwell Park Surgery

Welcome to Brockwell Park Surgery - a friendly, patient-centred practice in the heart of Herne Hill.

Please look around our website for information on the practice, how to register, appointments and prescriptions, as well as useful general health resources.

Garden Project

Our garden project now runs two sessions a week. Patients are invited to come along and dig, weed, hoe and water. This year we are growing strawberries, tomatoes, courgettes, rasberries and many more delicious fruit and vegetables. Find out more here.

Orchard Planting Day - Tuesday February 24th. 1-4pm. All patients welcome.

We are planting varieties of apples and plum trees, and blackcurrant, redcurrant and goosebury bushes. Tools, training, tea and buscuits all provided. Orchard and training provided by the Urban Orchard Project.

Patient Participation Group

Our patient participation group is looking for new members. Click here to find out more. You can find the 2013/14 annual report from our patient participation group here.

Online Prescription Requests

You can now request your repeat prescriptions through Patient Access, our secure online service. To register for Patient Access just come into the surgery with a form of identification (eg passport or driving licence) and one of our receptionists will give you a letter containing your PIN number and ID. Once you've got your letter just click on the link below and follow the instructions.

If you're having any trouble you might find help in these FAQs, or you can email us or speak to a member of staff.
