Welcome to Brockwell Park Surgery - a friendly, patient-centred practice in the heart of Herne Hill.

Please look around our website for information on the practice, how to register, appointments and prescriptions, as well as useful general health resources.

Online Services Launched: Appointment booking, Prescription Requests and view your Medical Record

We have launched a new service that lets you go online to book GP appointments, request repeat prescriptions, and view parts of your medical record.

To register you will need to come into the surgery to complete a registration form and provide photo ID e.g. driving licence, current passport,  AND recent proof of address e.g. utility bill, bank statement etc.  We cannot accept a driving licence as proof of address.

Once registered go to to access the service.

We are trialing this service for three months. If you have any comments or feedback about it please contact us by email.

If you registered with our previous online prescriptions service you will need to re-register to use this new service.

Garden Project

Our garden project now runs two sessions a week. Patients are invited to come along and dig, weed, hoe and water.

This year we are growing strawberries, tomatoes, courgettes, rasberries and many more delicious fruit and vegetables. Find out more here.
