Surgery consultations with the doctor and nurse are by appointment only.

Please be aware that we have three consulting rooms upstairs on the first floor. If you have a problem climbing stairs, please let our reception staff know at the time you booking an appointment.

The telephone service to contact the practice is available from 08:00 to 18:30 and we do not close for lunch.

From time to time, there are Lambeth wide training events for which we may need to close practices for an afternoon. In that situation, the local out-of-hours service, NHS 111, will provide emergency cover.

Duty Doctor

For urgent problems, please call reception on 020 8678 5400 between 08:00 and 09:30.

For non-urgent, on-the-day problems, please call reception after 09:30. Our receptionists will take your details and the nature of the problem. The duty doctor will then assess whether you need to come in that day, whether we can help you over the phone, or whether you can be seen at an appointment at a later date.

Online Consultations

We welcome contact online for non-urgent advice or queries. We aim to respond to all online consultations within five working days. Please use our Ask a Doctor a Question form for all non-urgent medical queries.

Enhanced Access

Early morning (07:00-08:00) and evening (18:30-20:00) appointments are available at the practice with a GP, nurse, pharmacist and physiotherapist.

Contact Details

When we call you, the practice’s phone number (020 8678 5400) should be displayed on your phone.

We cannot leave messages on phone lines where there is no personalised greeting, as we cannot then be sure that we have reached the right person, so if you need us to call you back, please ensure that you’ve personalised your voicemail on either your landline or your mobile.

If your patient details change any time, please keep these up to date by completing our Change Personal Details form.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible by completing our Cancel an Appointment form or contacting us or calling reception on 020 8678 5400 in order for us to give the slot to someone else. You can also cancel your appointment by replying ‘cancel’ to the SMS reminder you receive ahead of the appointment.
