Surgery consultations with the doctor and nurse are by appointment only. Appointments may be made in person, online or by phone.
Please be aware that we have three consulting rooms upstairs on the first floor - if you have a problem climbing stairs, please let our reception staff know at the time you book an appointment.
The telephone service to contact the practice is available from 08:00 to 18:30 and we do NOT close for lunch! From time to time, there are Lambeth wide training events for which we may need to close practices for an afternoon. In that situation, the local out-of-hours service, SELDOC, will provide emergency cover.
For urgent problems please call between 8am and 9:30am. Our receptionists will take your details and the nature of the problem. This will be passed to one of the doctors who will call you to assess whether you need to come in that day, whether we can help you over the phone, or whether you can be seen at an appointment later.
Telephone and email consultations
We welcome contact by email or telephone for advice or queries. We aim to respond to all emails and phone calls within one working day. Please note that we do not offer a secure email service.
Lambeth GP Hubs
If you would like to see a GP at the weekend or late evening you can book an appointment at one of the Lambeth’s GP Access Hubs. They offer appointments seven days a week at the times below. Appointments can be booked via reception.
12noon–8pm Monday to Friday
8am–8pm weekends and bank holidays
Please ensure you add the surgery's number to your phone if you have anonymous call barring as we will not be able to contact you otherwise, even in an emergency. We cannot leave messages on phone lines where there is no personalised greeting as we cannot then be sure that we have reached the right person, so if you need us to call you back, please ensure that you've personalised your voicemail on either your landline or your mobile.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
